裂缝在非均匀岩层内扩展机理研究

薄差储层有效开发的关键问题是明确水力裂缝在砂/泥岩界面上的扩展特性. 为了分析裂缝在砂/泥岩界面上的扩展机理, 以ABAQUS 为平台, 利用扩展有限元框架下的分离裂缝模型模拟了裂缝在砂/泥岩界面上的扩展过程, 该模型提出预设虚节点法, 通过在位移的插值函数中引入附加增强项, 实现裂缝扩展独立于网格边界, 获得了裂缝通过砂/泥岩界面的扩展规律. 并采用白光散斑实验对低渗透储层砂/泥岩界面的裂缝扩展进行了实时跟踪, 裂缝扩展过程与数值模拟过程吻合较好, 说明扩展有限元法是定量分析裂缝扩展的有效手段, 同时分析了裂缝穿过界面扩展的影响因素.     

重叠PCR法构建嗜酸乳杆菌分选酶A基因外源打靶片段

为比较单步法、分步法重叠PCR在构建嗜酸乳杆菌Lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC4356分选酶A(SrtA)外源打靶片段的差异性, 设计了5对具有20~25bp互补末端的引物, 分别扩增两对上下游同源臂和卡那霉素基因, 先采用分步法、单步法重叠PCR构建不含筛选基因的外源打靶片段SrtA-up2-SrtA-down2, 比较两者优劣, 随后取较优者构建含抗生素筛选基因的打靶片段SrtA-up1-Kan-SrtA-down1. 结果显示单步法优于分步法, 非特异性扩增少, 拖尾现象少, 且扩增打靶片段SrtA-up1-Kan-SrtA-down1条带单一, 无非特异性扩增. 即在构建两种外源打靶片段时, 单步法重叠PCR优于分步法PCR, 为之后构建嗜酸乳杆菌基因打靶载体、构建融合基因打下了基础.     

基于可拓理论的软件质量评价系统设计与实现

采用C#,基于可拓理论设计了一种软件质量评价系统。研究建立了软件质量评价指标体系,通过专家打分,得到各指标得分数据,以可拓优度评价法原理实现软件质量的评价,并给出评价结论。经测试,系统运行速度快,得出结论准确,具有较好的实用性。     

利用共线性和对极约束实现匹配扩展

结构化场景图像的纹理较为单一,可提取的局部特征较少。在宽基线情况下,基于图像局部特征的匹配方法很难获取正确匹配,导致匹配精度降低。为此,提出了一种以图像局部特征匹配为基础进行配扩展的方法。匹配扩展时,将图像中线段的两端点作为匹配的基元,利用线段两端点在不同视点间的共线性和对极约束限定候选匹配的搜索空间,剔除错误匹配,进行匹配关系的传播。实验结果表明:当图像存在一定的尺度和视点变化以及明显的光照变化时,该方法能够有效地增加匹配的数目,为精确的极线几何估计和三维重建奠定了良好的基础。     

A Kind of Essential Surfaces in the Complements of Knots

In this paper, by the twist-crossing number of knots, we give an upper bound on the Euler characteristic of a kind of essential surfaces in the complements of alternating knots and almost alternating knots, which improves the estimation of the Euler characteristic of the essential surfaces with boundaries under certain conditions. Furthermore, we give the genus of the essential surfaces.     

碱性离子液体催化金属调节的甲基丙烯酸甲酯的电子转移活化原子转移自由基聚合

通过电子转移活化原子转移自由基聚合（AGET ATRP）,以2-溴代异丁酸乙酯（EBiB）为引发剂、维生素C（VC）为还原剂。 以碱性离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氢氧化盐([Bmim][OH])分别和FeCl3·6H2O、CuCl2及RuCl3形成的配合物为催化剂催化甲基丙烯酸甲酯（MMA）的本体和溶液聚合。 催化量的[Bmim][OH]即可提高聚合速率,并且得到相对分子质量分布可控的PMMA（Mw/Mn为1.20～1.40）。 研究了[Bmim][OH]的加入量对聚合速率和相对分子质量分布的影响,3种催化体系催化性质通过循环伏安曲线表征。 扩链反应证明了碱性离子液体催化甲基丙烯酸甲酯的聚合为“活性”/可控自由基聚合。 碱性离子液体良好的溶解性使其成为活性自由基聚合的良好催化剂。     

Construction of periodic wavelet frames with dilation matrix

An important tool for the construction of periodic wavelet frame with the help of extension principles was presented in the Fourier domain by Zhang and Saito [Appl. Comput. Harmon. Anal., 2008, 125： 68-186]. We extend their results to the dilation matrix cases in two aspects. We first show that the periodization of any wavelet frame constructed by the unitary extension principle formulated by Ron and Shen is still a periodic wavelet frame under weaker conditions than that given by Zhang and Saito, and then prove that the periodization of those generated by the mixed extension principle is also a periodic wavelet frame if the scaling functions have compact supports.     

Molecular Dynamics of Pectin Extension

Summary: A pectin 10mer under constant pulling speed and constant force was studied using the atomistic simulations. Molecular dynamics (MD) with the Amber99 and Amber-Glycam04 forcefields were performed. The main result of the present Amber-based MD simulations is that the two plateaux of the experimental force- extension dependence for pectin can be explained by transitions between three conformational states of pectin monomer ring (first from a chair (⁴C₁) to boat conformation and second from boat to an inverted chair (¹C₄) conformation). A multi-state dynamical model of single biopolymer extension under external force was elaborated and applied to extension of polymers with three-state monomers relevant to pectin.     

A Relation Between Almost Automorphic and Levitan Almost Periodic Points in Compact Minimal Flows

We establish relations between the notions of almost automorphic, Levitan almost periodic and regularly almost periodic points in compact minimal flows for the case of the acting groups whose all continuous characters have syndetic kernels. In particular, we generalize and give a new proof of a theorem by Bronstein.
